This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for PaymentForm.io
Because PaymentForm.io is a tool used to create form-based checkouts and collect payments (not a payment processor), refunds may fall into two different categories:

Refunds for PaymentForm.io subscriptions
Refunds related to payments collected through forms created using PaymentForm.io

1. Refunds for PaymentForm.io Subscriptions

All PaymentForm.io subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We offer a free version of PaymentForm.io so users can explore the platform, test the features, and decide whether it fits their needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions after purchase.

For example, refunds will not be provided for:

Monthly subscription payments
Subscription renewals
Partial-use periods
Unused time after cancellation
Accidental purchases
Change of mind after purchase
Not using the service after purchase

If you no longer want to use a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription before the next billing date. After cancellation, you will not be charged again for the next billing cycle.

However, cancelling a subscription does not create a refund for any payment that has already been charged.

2. Refunds for Payments Collected Through Payment Forms

PaymentForm.io allows users to create checkout forms to collect payments, such as:

Product sales (Digital or Physical)
Donations
Fundraising contributions
Event tickets
Service payments

PaymentForm.io does not process or hold these funds.

All payments are processed through the payment gateway connected by the form owner, such as:

Stripe
PayPal
Razorpay
Mollie

Because of this:

PaymentForm.io is not responsible for issuing refunds for transactions made through payment forms.

If you made a payment through a PaymentForm.io form and need a refund, you must contact the organization, business, or individual who created the form.

They are responsible for:

Refund decisions
Product or service fulfillment
Customer support related to the transaction
