This Privacy Policy explains how PaymentForm.io, a product operated by Shopper Form LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use PaymentForm.io (“the Service”). a) Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Any content you enter when building your forms, such as form titles, descriptions, and settings

b) Information collected automatically

• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

c) Information from your form respondents

When someone fills out a form created with PaymentForm.io, we process the information they submit, such as name, email, address, selected products, donation amount, form responses, and non-sensitive payment metadata. Card details are handled directly by the connected payment gateway.

2. How We Use Your Information

• We use the information we collect to:
• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process paid plan payments and billing-related activities
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, and billing receipts
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Monitor platform performance and prevent abuse or fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Payment Data and Third-Party Gateways

PaymentForm.io does not store payment card details on our servers. Payment card information is submitted directly to the connected payment gateway, such as Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or Mollie.

When a donor or customer submits payment through your form, their card details go directly to your payment gateway. We never see or store that information. Each gateway operates under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

We may store non-sensitive transaction metadata (such as payment status, amount, and timestamp) to power your responses dashboard and reporting features.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We only share limited information when it is necessary to provide our services, process payments, comply with legal requirements, or complete an action you have requested.

5. Data Hosting and Infrastructure

PaymentForm.io stores service data based on the user’s region whenever available. We use secure hosting infrastructure, encrypted transmission, access controls, and trusted providers to help protect your account data, form responses, and related service data.

Website traffic may be routed through a global network for security and performance, but your account data and form responses are not stored in every region where that network operates.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or accounting purposes.

Form response data submitted by your end users is retained according to your account settings. You can delete individual responses or all data associated with a form at any time from your dashboard.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
