Fundraising Module

The Fundraising module in PaymentForm.io lets you create an online fundraising form to collect donations, set a campaign goal, and track contributions in real time.

Create a Fundraising Form with Paymentform.io

• From My Forms, click + Create Form.
• Select Fundraising and click Use Template.
• You will be taken to the Fundraising Setup section.

• Select your Currency from the dropdown.
• Under Default Amounts, set preset contribution amounts e.g. $10, $20, $30). Click + Add Default Amount to add more.
• Set the Minimum Fundraising Amount.
• Set the Target Fund Amount.
• Set an End Date if your campaign has a deadline.
• Toggle on Enable Custom Amount to allow donors to enter their own contribution amount.
• Under Fundraising Closed Message, write the message that appears when your campaign ends or reaches its goal.

Adding Donor Fields

Go to the Fields tab and choose what information you want to collect from donors. Click + Add Field to add more fields, or remove unnecessary fields using the delete icon on each field.

Each field includes additional options such as:

• Settings icon — Customize the field
• Hide icon — Hide the field from the form
• Delete icon — Remove the field completely

Inside the field settings, you can set the field as required or optional, edit the placeholder text, set a default value, and add helper text.

For the Phone field, you’ll also get additional options such as:

• Force Dial Code
• Lock Default Country
• Enable Masking
• Allow Mask Overflow

Configuring Settings

Open the Settings tab to configure your form. See the Form Settings & Customization section for a full explanation of every available option.

After everything is set up, click Save & Preview to publish your fundraising form.

Tracking Record of Fund

Once your fundraising form is live, you can monitor all incoming contributions from the Submission section inside your form.

Open your fundraising form in My Forms, then click Submission to see all contributions as they come in.

Inside the Submission section, you’ll find three tabs:

Partial Submission — Shows incomplete or unfinished submissions

All Submission — Shows all submissions

Completed — Shows successful payments
