New Feature

Abandoned Form Recovery: Track visitors who start a form but leave before completing it. Once a visitor enters their email, their answers are saved as they continue filling out the form. If they do not return within your configured timeout of 30 minutes or more, the entry moves to a new Abandoned list under Responses. You can see where they stopped, whether on the form or at payment, along with what they were about to purchase. Abandoned entries can be searched, filtered, and exported. You can also send automatic recovery emails using the email editor and dynamic variables, with a recovery link that opens the form with the visitor's previous answers already filled in. Available on plans that include abandoned form tracking.
Event Sessions: Split an event into multiple sessions, such as an opening keynote and separate workshops, and choose which sessions are included with each ticket or ticket group. Check-in works separately for each session, and every session can have its own password-protected check-in page to share with event staff or volunteers. You can also choose how early check-in opens, from 1 to 24 hours before the session starts, with 5 hours set by default.
Shareable Attendee Check-In: Share password-protected attendee check-in pages with volunteers or event staff based on individual event sessions.
Form Builder Search: Added a search box at the top of the builder sidebar so you can quickly find pages and settings by name or related keywords. For example, searching “pixel” finds Tracking, “favicon” finds Form Settings, and options on the Share page are searchable too.
Ticket Duplication & Coupon Search: Duplicate an event ticket in one click and quickly find coupons by searching their coupon codes.

Improvement

Builder Design: Refreshed the form builder with a new design and improved font styling. The template picker and payment gateway cards are also redesigned, and template previews now load faster.
Mobile Responsiveness: Improved the dashboard and form builder experience on mobile devices. Pages no longer scroll sideways, pagination wraps properly on smaller screens, builder pages open at the top, and the selected tab stays visible while navigating.
Payment Gateway Connection: Connect a payment gateway directly from the Payment Method page without leaving the form builder. The gateway connection window opens in place, automatically selects the newly connected account, and keeps your unsaved changes.
Tax Rule Management: Create and edit tax rules directly from the form builder using a pop-up. You can add a new tax rule from the form's currency settings, and it will be selected automatically.
Payment-Confirmed Responses: Responses now appear only after payment is successfully confirmed. Declined cards and unfinished checkouts no longer leave incomplete responses behind. When abandoned form tracking is enabled, visitors who reach checkout appear in the Abandoned list as Reached Payment.
Response Management: Improved the Responses page with filters for all available statuses, including Draft, Failed, and Reached Payment. Added a Refresh button beside the page title, while long text and address columns are hidden by default for a cleaner table view.
File Storage Overview: Redesigned the Files page around a storage summary showing total files, storage used, and the largest file type.

Free Event Tickets: Free event tickets now complete checkout without requiring a payment gateway.
Closed & Expired Forms: Closed or expired forms now block new payments, even when opened from a cached page, and fundraising totals stay updated correctly.
Payment Gateways: Fixed SumUp order completion, improved Razorpay notification reliability when multiple connections use the same account, fixed Razorpay subscription updates, and resolved Mollie subscription startup issues.
Manual Payments: Manual payment methods now store each order only once and only after all required checks pass. Also fixed an issue where the bKash payment-proof preview could crash the form.
Email Dark Mode: Emails now display correctly in dark-mode email apps, including templates saved before this release.
Customer Portal: General form submissions no longer appear in the customer portal as $0 payments.
Subscription Transactions: The Transactions panel on a response now lists every renewal payment and the next scheduled payment.
Membership Card Preview: Fixed an incorrect blocked pop-up warning that could appear even when the membership card preview opened successfully.
Form Views & Invalid URLs: Form views are now counted accurately, and unknown form addresses display a proper Not Found page.
Event Ticket Order: Event tickets now appear in the order configured in the builder.
